Searching in Slack

TL:DR use from:@username to:@username in:#channel to speed up finding things in slack

I do a lot of searching in slack and I think it was a long time into using it that I realised how useful some of them are.

Very quickly the ones I use all the time.

If you know who sent from the message

from:@username keyword

If you know who the message was sent to

to:@username keyword

If you know what channel the message was in

in:#channelname keyword

and of course you can use them all together too!
